Our modular approach means you can work with us as your full family office or leverage use our expertise and access to co-investment opportunities. Treasury and consolidated reporting are handled; counterparties are coordinated; noise is removed.

Andrew Dalton

Founding Partner & CEO

With 20 years in finance across venture capital, entrepreneurship, private wealth, corporate finance and advisory and experience spanning from Europe and the U.S. to the Middle East, Asia and Africa, he has a profound appreciation of the challenges faced by globally ambitious entrepreneurs seeking to optimise their wealth while maintaining laser focus on their core business and personal priorities. As founder of the Middle East’s first digital-led, multi-geo, full service MFO designed by entrepreneurs for entrepreneurs, Andrew is passionate about empowering the region’s leading business builders to achieve their ambitions.

Prior to Aument Capital, Andrew was managing partner and co-founder of Digital Spring Ventures, Abu Dhabi’s first VC firm. He has advised family offices and UHNWIs globally on investments, allocation, M&A and structuring, founders on capital raising and governmental bodies on ecosystem enablement. He is also board member and chair of the Innovation Committee of the Middle East Investment Management Association, co-founder of a regional data science startup and a qualified English lawyer.

Rupert Searle

Founding Partner

With over a decade of experience in offshore financial services and holistic wealth planning for global entrepreneurs, high-net-worth individuals and family offices, Rupert is a Founding Partner of Aument Capital and is based in Dubai.

As the former CEO of Globaleye, an international wealth manager, Rupert led the overall strategy of the firm, launching the Middle East’s first embedded wealth platform before successfully selling the business to a FTSE-listed financial services group in 2023. He was also a partner of GE Ventures, a European-focused venture capital firm and is an active adviser to start-up founders across the Middle East and Europe. Rupert is also a passionate early-stage investor, gaining direct access to unique investment opportunities for his clients.

At Aument Capital, Rupert combines his investment expertise and deep-rooted knowledge of the Middle Eastern market to deliver truly bespoke advisory solutions private clients in the region. Rupert leverages his technological and operational acumen to drive the firm’s expansion in the UAE and beyond.

Dominic Schacher

Partner

A seasoned finance professional, Dominic serves as a Partner at Aument Capital in Abu Dhabi and is based in Singapore. Before taking the helm at Aument Capital Partners, Dominic served as the CEO at Silverhorn Investment Advisors, and prior to that held the role of Senior Director at J. Safra Sarasin.

Dominic is active in Singapore’s private market space and has experience in facilitating the growth of SMEs and startups, providing invaluable contributions to help them scale their businesses. Dominic holds a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation and possesses a Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, and Management from the University of Bristol. He is fluent in multiple languages which include English, Spanish, and German.

Dominic Pfisterer

Head of Private Markets

Dominic is a senior Investment Banking professional with nearly two decades of expertise in originating, structuring, and executing cross-border transactions in leveraged finance, Debt Capital Markets (DCM), advisory, private debt, and private equity. His extensive knowledge spans the realm of Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) considerations, coupled with a profound understanding of markets in the Asia Pacific and Central and Eastern Europe regions.

Dominic has considerable international market experience, having most recently overseen UniCredit Group’s financing and advisory activities in Central Eastern Europe. He is proficient in English, German, and Italian, and his successful career has spanned prominent financial hubs, including the UK, Germany, Italy, the US, and Singapore. Dominic holds a BSc. from the Frankfurt School of Finance & Management.
